Hello everyone!
Sorry for the long delay in between posts! Things have been more than a little hectic around here. I'd love to be able to promise things will get better, but its probably not going to for the next few months! However, I will have a bunch of scheduled posts over the next few weeks, so be sure to check in for those!
Today's post is a bit photo heavy, so I'm going to split it into two posts. This is a mini album we made for a class. My original plan was to blur out the faces in the photos, but the lighting flare took care of that for me!
Every year a group of friends gets together to make maple syrup (we don't have any mature trees, so our contribution tends to be jars and equipment!) These photos are from 2013, and it took a while to do anything with them, but its great to have them scrapbooked and done!
I did one page for each of the kids I had photos for (the kids are really the only reason I was going to obscure the photos!). A quick tip on how to get extra photos onto a page--use the envelope punch board and the tag punch to create a little pocket and a little mini book of photos to go into it!
I love to add texture to my pages, and it's easy to do using stacks of accessories (like the wood circle with the metal hanger) or using an embossing folder with cardstock!
I also like to add layers to give me a starting point for my photos like with the tags behind the left side. And I like to add colour, which washi tape helps!
Check back at the next post for the supply list!
Enjoy!
