July Project Life

For July's Project Life, I started with Canada Day.  Where we did some visiting with all four goddaughters and the next door neighbours!  It wasn't planned, but it was a great day!
This is a combination of the Project Life Everyday Adventures and the Happiness Is Card Kits and Accessory Packs.  I've also added in some letter stickers I already had.
You can pick these up and more at www.lisahenderson.stampinup.net!
Enjoy!

July Scrapbooking

Hello!
For the summer months (July and August) I decided to do a "hybrid" scrapbooking class.  Not a traditional hybrid scrapbooking (mix of digital and paper scrapbooking), but rather a mix of two classes, my Project Life class and my regular scrapbooking class.  In July, we did one scrapbook layout and then spent the rest of the time doing Project Life.  This was the scrapbook layout we did (based on a layout done by Kelly Goree).
Supplies:
  • Maritime Designer Series Paper
  • Real Red Cardstock
  • Stampin' Chalk Marker
  • Scalloped Border Punch
  • Cardstock Vellum
  • Coastal Cabana Cardstock
  • Night of Navy Ink
  • Hip Notes Stampset
  • 2 3/8" Scalloped Circle Punch
  • 1 3/4" Circle Punch
  • Whisper White Cardstock
  • 1 3/4" Scalloped Circle Punch
  • Silver Bakers Twine
  • Wooden Embellishments
Enjoy!

Mattingly's 5th Birthday Part 4

Hello,
Welcome back for my final installment (for now), of my goddaughters 5th birthday party (I apologize for the blurred faces, I don't have permission to show these photos and the pictures were clear enough to identify the person).  I've been using the Stampin' Up! Project Life Everyday Adventure Card Collection and Accessories Pack to document this day for her (she will help me fill in the journaling down the road).  I still have more photos to go, but I've gotten a big chunk done in a small time, one of the HUGE benefits of Project Life.

Mattingly's 5th Birthday Part 3

Hello again!
Here are another 3 pages from Mattingly's birthday party (and there are more to come!).  The thing I love about Project Life is how easy it is!  And I still get the variety I crave with the different cards and accessories and page layouts!
I am still using the Everyday Life Card Collection and the Accessories Pack.  You can pick these up and more at www.lisahenderson.stampinup.net!
Enjoy!

Mattingly's 5th Birthday Part 2

Hello again!
Back again with more of my goddaughters birthday party.  Once again, I used the Project Life Everyday Adventure Card Collection and Accessories Packs.
I'm really enjoying getting these photos scrapbooked!  My goddaughter will enjoy helping me fill in the cards (she loves doing that!) and I'll get the journaling done then.

Mattingly's 5th Birthday

I mentioned a few days ago that I started using the Project Life Everyday Adventure kit for another project.  This time, it was my goddaughters 5th birthday.  Which was a few years ago now, so I haven't filled out the journaling cards yet, as I will have her help with everyone's names (I didn't blur out faces this time, as the photos of my pages weren't really clear enough to distinguish the individuals).
These are photos that I hadn't used yet because of the shear number of them (lets just say they were in a Costco BOX!).  After weeding out some of the duplicates, I started to put them in the pockets, and lets just say, this project is now going much quicker!

June Project Life Part 2

Hello!
I'm back with more of my June Project Life Pages.  June was a busy month, and included my sisters wedding shower, so lots of photos and documenting (excuse the blurred faces, I don't have permission to publish photos of these folks).  I had considered scrapbooking these traditionally, but I have tons of photos still to do, and my sisters wedding is going to be a big part of 2014, so I decided to keep them in my Project Life.
I'm still using the Everyday Adventure Kit along with the Everyday Adventure Accessory Pack.  I've been mixing that in with letter stickers I already have, the Project Life journaling pens, Stampin' Up! washi tape, the Project Life Day to Day Photopolymer Stampset, Project Life Point and Click Photopolymer Stampset, and the Project Life Photo Pockets Pages Variety Pack.   I also have added the Happiness Is Project Life Card Kit and Accessories Packs to add some variety (I've also been using up the Everyday Adventure kit on another project, more on that in a few days).  This is truly scrapbooking made easy!

Enjoy!

June Project Life Part 1

Hello!
Welcome back for more Project Life.  June was a busy month (July was even busier!).  I've been taking this on, just grouping my pictures, putting the same month/events together.  Excuse my fake flash for a few of the photos, these are people that I don't have permission to show online.
Make sure you check out Project Life and more at www.lisahenderson.stampinup.net!

May Project Life

In May, Stampin' Up! teamed up with Becky Higgins and developed their own kits for Project Life.  I've done Project Life before, but for myself, I found that taking photos every day didn't work for me (there are plenty of people that do amazing things with every day photos--so please don't let my experience discourage you, I simply ran out of things I wanted to document!).
I decided to take it on, and run monthly classes.  And it has been fun!
In May, I bought the first kit Stampin' Up! released, the Everyday Adventure Kit along with the Everyday Adventure Accessory Pack.
I love the colour and the overall "happy" messages that the kit provides.  Make sure you check it out along with all the other options available on my website at www.lisahenderson.stampinup.net!
Enjoy!
